Sun Protection of Florida (SPF), a provider of custom-manufactured motorized awnings and roll-down screens, faced significant challenges in their sales processes. Their manual tasks were scattered across multiple platforms, including Hatch, Gmail, and a proprietary CRM system. The existing sales team was overwhelmed and unable to handle additional sales without hiring more staff. Moreover, they struggled with missed appointments, resulting in a 1 out of 5 initial appointment no-show rate.
